Classes are Power Vinyasa Flow based and these practices can be great to experience in group sessions, as the flow of the sequence helps to build energy and connection.

1 on 1 Classes
These sessions are great for those who want to deepen their practice and understand more on specific alignment. Within 1 to 1 sessions the yoga practice can be adapted to the needs of each individual to ensure that the focus is not only on the asanas/postures but delving further into breathing techniques and philosophy.
